WORKSHOP ON HERBS FOR YOUR KITCHEN 14.30

Greta qualified in Amenity Horticulture at the National Botanic Gardens in 1983. She has specialised on the topic of herbs for over 20 years. Her nursery is based on the Dingle Peninsula where she produces and distributes a wide selection of potted herbs. This workshop/slideshow will introduce you to an exciting variety of herbs for your kitchen. Greta will give you firsthand knowledge on how to grow and use them to enhance your cooking with special emphasis on seafood dishes.

A selection of potted herbs will also be on sale. This event will be followed by a book signing of her book ‘Greta’s Herbs,Growing Wild in the West of Ireland’ (Special book price €10 for attendees). For further details please see www.gretasherbs.com
