11.00AM – Fish Friday Market Opens Our Fish Processors have come together to offer you the best of freshly caught seafood at special prices . You can buy your fish and we will keep it on ice for you while you stay and enjoy the cooking and wine tasting.

11.15AM – Cookery Class with award winning Chef Paul Hynes of La Cote” Restaurant in Wexford. Today Paul is going to show us the some of the techniques he uses in La Cote to prepare and present his award winning dishes. Techniques you can use at home to impress family and friends! www.lacote.ie
12.00NOON – Gopal Kawander, of the famous Silver Fox Restaurant and Silver Fox Food Company. Gopal will delight us with his use of eastern flavours complimenting the freshness in seafood. www.thesilverfox.ie
12.45PM – Fakeaway with Chef Adrian. Adrian is no stranger to the stage and TV and is in the process of putting together his 2nd cookbook! His first cookbook “Fakeaway” is a must for busy families and will demon-strate how you can have your dinner cooked quicker than ordering a takeaway – not to mention the much reduced cost!
01.30PM – Wine tasting and appreciation
2.00PM – Double Trouble with Derry Clarke of L’Ecrivain and Warren Gillen of Cistin Eile in Wexford. This combination of Chefs equals mouth-watering seafood! www. lecrivain.com and see Cistin Eile on face book.
2.40PM – Cooking with Executive Chef Eugene Callaghan of Kellys Resort Hotel in Rosslare.
Eugene will create some delicious seafood dishes demonstrating a classical affinity with subtle improvisations. www.kellys.ie
03.15PM – Coast Hotel Chef -Ricardo Bizarro Fueled by his worldwide savvy, extensive resume and culinary dreams, Ricardo creates menus with global tastes, using local, fresh ingredients that perfectly define a great dining experience. www.coastkilmorequay.com
04.00PM – The Best till last Nicky Cullen – Head Chef at Mary Barry’s award winning Seafood Bar in Kilmore. Nicky as always will entertain us and present a scrumptious hour of seafood heaven! www.marybarrys.ie
